Identifying Requirement

The process begins with identifying the consulting requirement. The team and the executives from client side sit and have a detailed conversation about the requirement. Before starting with any work it is important to understand the where the problem lies.

Analysing the requirement

Once the cause is determined the team analyses it from every possible aspect. What types of technological automation can be integrated to resolve the issues are determined.

Discussing Solutions

Once the team comes to the conclusion with possible solutions they have a chat with concerned members from client side regarding the same. Our team considers this process to be a two way process. The client members who will be responsible in executing the changes are thoroughly involved in discussion phase.

Implementation

The final set of necessary automations are presented to the client for implementation. These are the same set discussed and worked upon in the previous phase that is discussing the solutions.

Feedback

Some time after the implementation has been executed our team ensures in taking feedback. This gives them the idea if the decided methodologies are working efficiently or not. If not then work begins in framing alternative solutions.
